Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and are used to secure your booking in the artist’s diary.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 3 days’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new date.
If you postpone your appointment more than 3 times in a row, a new deposit will be required.
We understand that unexpected events can happen. In the event of needing to change an appointment last minute, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or cash in hand at the studio.

Before your appointment
* Please do not consume alcohol for 24 hours
* Drink plenty of water
* Moisturise the area to be tattooed regularly
* Have a good breakfast/ eat some food prior to your appointment.
* Wear loose fitting clothing/ if on your foot bring flip flops to wear home.
* Avoid sun exposure. We cannot tattoo sunburnt skin.
All clients will be required to fill out a consent form and show a form of ID on arrival.

2. Can I change the date of my appointment?
Of course! Just give us at least 3 days’ notice, and your deposit will be transferred to your new date.
6. What should I do before my tattoo?
• Don’t drink alcohol for 24 hours before your session
• Drink plenty of water
• Moisturise the skin in the area to be tattooed regularly
• Have a good meal before you come
• Wear loose, comfy clothing (if it’s on your foot, bring flip flops for after)
• Avoid sun exposure – we can’t tattoo sunburnt skin
3. What if I need to reschedule more than once?
You can reschedule up to 3 times in a row with the same deposit. After that, a new deposit will be required to keep your booking.
7. Do I need to bring any ID?
Yes, all clients must bring a valid photo ID and fill out a consent form on arrival.
4. What if something unexpected happens last minute?
We totally understand that things can come up! Please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a new date that works for you.
